Canny is the category veteran and still the safest enterprise choice. Teams usually start looking elsewhere for two concrete reasons: price shape — Pro is $79/mo and scales with tracked users, so the bill grows with your audience — and the fact that the loop ends at “shipped”: voters get a notification, the roadmap gets a green badge, and none of the goodwill becomes public proof.
