Today we're launching ShipPulse v1.0 — the all-in-one platform for SaaS founders who want to build trust with their users without juggling five different tools.
The problem we're solving
A typical early-stage SaaS founder uses Testimonial.to or Senja for testimonials, Canny or Frill for feedback, BetterStack or Instatus for a status page, Headway or Beamer for a changelog, and another tool for NPS. That's five subscriptions, five dashboards, five embeds, and five sets of API keys — for things that are fundamentally the same problem: showing users you're listening, shipping, and staying up.
ShipPulse replaces all five with one dashboard, one subscription, and one consistent brand experience for your users.
What's in v1.0
Testimonials
Collect text and video testimonials via a shareable magic link. Import from Google Reviews, Twitter/X, G2, Product Hunt, and Trustpilot. Display them with 9 embeddable widget types — Wall of Love, Carousel, Popup, Slider, Badge, Ticker, Grid, Avatar Row, and Single. Every widget runs in a Shadow DOM so it never conflicts with your site's styles.
Changelog
Publish updates from a Notion-like editor. Connect GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket and ShipPulse will auto-draft changelog entries from your release commits using AI. Embed the changelog as a sidebar, modal, banner, or badge widget. Email subscribers get notified on every publish.
Status Pages
Create a public status page at status.yourapp.com with custom domain support. Add uptime monitors that check your endpoints every 60 seconds. Incidents and maintenance windows update your status page automatically and notify subscribers. Embed a status bar or badge on your landing page.
Feedback Board
Give users a place to post feature requests, vote on what matters most, and see real status updates. The feedback board syncs bidirectionally with Linear, Jira, and Notion. Voter MRR shows you the dollar value behind every vote — so you ship what moves revenue, not just what has the most thumbs-up.
Roadmap & NPS
Publish a public Kanban roadmap so users know what's coming. Run NPS surveys to track satisfaction over time. The Voter MRR heatmap links your roadmap items to the MRR that wants them built.
What makes it different
- AI-powered: Sentiment analysis, auto-categorization of feedback, smart replies, changelog generation from commits — all powered by xAI Grok.
- Shadow DOM widgets: Every embeddable widget is isolated in a Shadow DOM. No CSS leakage, no jQuery conflicts, no z-index wars.
- Voter MRR: The only feedback board that shows you the MRR value behind every feature request. Ship what your paying users want.
- One price:All five modules on every plan. No add-ons, no "Pro features" gating half the product.
Pricing
ShipPulse starts free — 1 project, 15 testimonials, 2 uptime monitors, 5 changelog entries per month, and a feedback board. No credit card required.
Paid plans start at $19/mo (Starter) with unlimited testimonials, 3 projects, and all five modules fully unlocked. Pro is $49/mo, Agency is $99/mo.
What's next
v1.0 is the foundation. In v1.1 and beyond: cancellation surveys, more import sources, widget analytics, A/B testing for testimonial layouts, and deeper integrations with CRMs. The public roadmap is live — go vote on what you want next.
Try it
ShipPulse is free to start. If you're currently paying for any of the tools it replaces, the math probably works in your favor on day one.
