Common support questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel subscription'. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund in full, no questions asked.

I lost access to my account — what do I do?

Use the 'Forgot email?' flow on the login page, or email [email protected] with your account details. We'll verify your identity and restore access within 24 hours.

Do you have a service level agreement (SLA)?

Agency plan customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA. For other plans, we target the same uptime but without a contractual guarantee. You can check our live uptime at status.shippulse.dev.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Backups are taken daily and retained for 30 days.
