Upgrade or Downgrade

Change your plan at any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select a higher plan and confirm.
  4. The upgrade is applied immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Select a lower plan and confirm.
  4. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens to your data?

When downgrading, if you exceed the limits of the new plan:

  • Extra projects become read-only (you can still export data).
  • Excess team members lose access — the owner chooses who to keep.
  • Testimonial collection pauses when the monthly limit is reached.

No data is deleted.
