Creating Your First Project

What is a project?

A project represents one product or brand. Everything in ShipPulse — testimonials, changelog entries, status pages, feedback boards — lives inside a project.

Create a project

1. Open the dashboard and click New project (or navigate to Projects > New).
2. Enter a name (shown to your users on public pages).
3. Optionally upload a logo and set a brand colour.
4. Click Create.

Project settings

Inside a project, go to Settings to configure:

• General — name, logo, timezone
• Custom domains — use your own domain for public pages
• Danger zone — transfer or delete the project
