Notification Channels

Configure where you receive alerts for incidents, feedback, and more.

Channel types

  • Email — notifications sent to project members
  • Slack — post to a Slack channel via incoming webhook
  • Custom webhook — HTTP POST to any URL

Set up a channel

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Click Add channel.
  3. Choose the type and configure the target (email, Slack webhook URL, or custom URL).
  4. Select which events trigger notifications: incidents, feedback, testimonials.

Event types

Event Description
Monitor down A status monitor fails a check
Monitor recovered A monitor comes back online
Incident created A new incident is reported
New testimonial A customer submits a testimonial
New feedback A user posts a feature request
Feedback status change A post moves to a new status
