Integration

Turn user feedback into Linear issues — automatically

Connect your Linear workspace to ShipPulse and close the loop between user feedback and engineering. High-vote feature requests become Linear issues. Status changes sync back to voters.

Connect Linear — Start FreeSetup guide

How it works

1

Authorize Linear

Go to Project Settings, click Integrations, and connect your Linear workspace via OAuth. Select the team and default project to sync with.

2

Map statuses

ShipPulse maps feedback post statuses (Under Review, Planned, In Progress, Done) to your Linear workflow states. Customize the mapping if needed.

3

Start syncing

New feedback posts with enough votes can auto-create Linear issues. When an issue moves to Done in Linear, the feedback post updates automatically and voters get notified.

What you get

Feedback to issues

Turn high-priority feedback posts into Linear issues with one click or automatically based on vote count. Title, description, and voter context are carried over.

Two-way status sync

When your team moves an issue to Done in Linear, the linked feedback post in ShipPulse is updated automatically. Voters receive an email notification that their request shipped.

Prioritize by Voter MRR

ShipPulse attaches Voter MRR data to each feedback post. See which feature requests carry the most revenue weight before creating Linear issues.

Example workflow

Here is how a typical feedback-to-ship cycle looks with ShipPulse and Linear connected.

1User submits "Add dark mode" on your public feedback board and it gets 47 votes.
2You click "Create Linear Issue" — a new issue appears in your team's backlog with the title, description, and a link back to the feedback post.
3Your engineer moves the issue to "Done" in Linear. ShipPulse automatically marks the feedback post as "Complete" and emails all 47 voters.
4The feature appears on your public roadmap under "Shipped". Users see you listen.

Not on Linear?

ShipPulse also integrates with Jira and Notion for issue tracking, and supports custom webhooks for any other tool.
