Three plans, billed monthly or annually. Annual saves 20 percent. No per-seat pricing, no surprise paywalls — the plan you sign up on is the plan you stay on until you change it.

Plans

  • Solo — $19 / month. One product. Public roadmap + changelog, feedback board, all widgets (FAB + inline), and the auto-DM proof loop (testimonial emails). Best for solo founders and the first ~$5K MRR.
  • Team — $39 / month. Up to 5 projects, plus custom domain, team seats (multiple admins), and priority email support. Best for indie B2B teams between $5K and $30K MRR.
  • Agency — $99 / month. Unlimited projects, with a custom domain per project. Best for $30K MRR and up, or agencies running a roadmap surface per client. Team seats (multiple admins) are included on Team and Agency; white-label widgets (hide "Powered by ShipPulse") are included on Agency. (A dedicated agency dashboard is on the roadmap — coming soon.)

A 14-day free trial covers all paid features.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated against your current cycle. Downgrades schedule for the end of the current cycle — you keep paid features until then. The dashboard surfaces a "You will lose X" preview before you confirm a downgrade.

Refunds

We honor refund requests within 14 days of the first payment, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your account email and we process within one business day. Beyond 14 days we evaluate case by case — if the product did not work for you, we will work with you.

Cancel

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. One click. Your access continues until the end of the current cycle, then the account drops to a read-only state — your data stays available for export for 90 days before deletion. We will never make cancellation hard; that is a Canny-2024 mistake we are deliberately not repeating.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Receipts arrive within a few minutes of charge. EU VAT, US sales tax, and other regional taxes are calculated and remitted automatically by Lemon Squeezy.

Invoicing

PDF invoices download from Settings → Billing → Invoices. Need a custom invoice (purchase order number, company VAT ID, custom billing email)? Email [email protected] and we will issue one.
