ShipPulse billing is handled by LemonSqueezy. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are available with a 20% discount.

Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade plan. Select the new plan and confirm. The change takes effect immediately.
Proration: When upgrading mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your billing period. For example, if you're on Pro ($79/mo) and upgrade to Agency ($199/mo) with 15 days remaining, you pay approximately ($199 - $79) × (15/30) = $60 immediately. Your next billing date stays the same.
Downgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your current plan features until then.
Before downgrading
- • If you have more projects than the lower plan allows, the oldest projects are locked (not deleted).
- • API keys stop working if the new plan doesn't include API access.
- • Custom domains are removed if the new plan doesn't include custom domains.
Cancellation
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
After cancellation, your account downgrades to Free. Projects exceeding the Free plan limits are locked but not deleted. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export.
ShipPulse does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Invoices & receipts
All invoices are issued by LemonSqueezy (ShipPulse's payment processor) and sent to your billing email after each payment. You can also view and download all past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice history.
Can I add a business name or VAT number?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing details and enter your business name and tax ID. These will appear on all future invoices.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. Switch to annual from Settings → Billing → Change billing cycle.
