What makes ShipPulse different from Canny / Featurebase / Productlane?
The proof loop. When you ship a feature, every customer who voted for it gets a one-tap email asking for a one-line testimonial. The reply renders on your public roadmap, attached to the feature card. None of the surveyed competitors close that loop — they stop at "shipped." See the proof loop.

Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, all paid features, no credit card required.
How long does setup take?
Five minutes. Paste the loader script in your <head>, set your project_slug, refresh. The FAB appears. See install.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt region) on Supabase. Backups encrypted at rest. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See privacy for the full picture.
Can I export my data?
Yes — full JSON export under Settings → Export at any time. If you cancel, the export stays available for 90 days after your final billing cycle.
Does the proof loop spam my customers?
No. The auto-DM only fires for customers who actively voted for a feature. We do not blast your whole list. Customers opt out via one click in any email footer; we never re-email opted-out addresses.
Can I run ShipPulse on my own domain?
Yes — feedback.yourproduct.com (or any subdomain) on Growth and Scale plans. Automatic TLS, five-minute setup. See custom domains.
Do you integrate with Linear / GitHub / Slack?
Yes. Linear and GitHub: link issues to roadmap entries, the entry auto-flips to "shipped" when the issue closes, the proof loop fires. Slack: notifications on new feedback and on testimonials landing. More integrations on the roadmap; the roadmap is public — go vote.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. One click. Access continues to the end of the current cycle. We will never make cancellation hard.
