NPS Surveys

Measure customer satisfaction with Net Promoter Score surveys.

Create an NPS survey

  1. Go to NPS in your project.
  2. Click New survey.
  3. Configure the question (default: "How likely are you to recommend us?").
  4. Set the trigger — email, in-app, or manual link.
  5. Launch the survey.

View results

The NPS dashboard shows:

  • NPS score — from -100 to +100
  • Breakdown — promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), detractors (0-6)
  • Trends — score over time
  • Comments — free-text responses

Acting on feedback

Detractor responses can be automatically routed to your feedback board so you can follow up.
