Public Roadmap

Enable the public roadmap

1. Go to Roadmap in your project.
2. Toggle Public roadmap on.
3. Drag feedback posts into columns: Planned, In Progress, Complete.

Customise columns

You can rename or reorder columns to match your workflow.

Embed the roadmap

Use the roadmap widget to embed a read-only roadmap on your site, or share the public URL directly.

NPS surveys

Under Roadmap > NPS, create satisfaction surveys:

1. Set the question and response scale.
2. Choose a trigger (e.g. after 30 days of usage).
3. View NPS scores and trends over time.
