Every project has a public collection page where customers can leave a testimonial. Find the link under Testimonials > Collect.
Share it via email, in-app messages, or social media.
Use the Feedback Button widget to add a floating button that opens a testimonial form on your site.
Customers can record short video testimonials directly from the collection page. Videos are transcribed automatically using AI (OpenAI Whisper) so you can search and filter by content.
Under Testimonials > Collect, enable the AI optimizer. It analyses your existing testimonials and suggests the best questions, timing, and channels to collect more.
