Importing Testimonials

Supported sources

ShipPulse can import testimonials from:

• Google Places — reviews from your Google Business profile
• Trustpilot — public reviews
• Product Hunt — launch reviews
• Twitter / X — tweets mentioning your product
• Yelp — business reviews
• App Store — iOS app reviews
• CSV upload — any source via a CSV file

How to import

1. Go to Testimonials > Import.
2. Select a source.
3. For API-based sources, enter your identifier (e.g. Google Place ID).
4. ShipPulse fetches the reviews and creates testimonial entries.
5. Review and approve them before they appear in widgets.

AI-powered import

When importing, ShipPulse automatically runs sentiment analysis on each review. Positive reviews are suggested for approval; negative ones are flagged for review.
