Migrate from Senja

Move all your testimonials from Senja to ShipPulse in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Export from Senja

1. Log in to your Senja dashboard.
2. Go to Testimonials → click the Export button (top-right).
3. Choose CSV format and download the file.

Step 2: Prepare the CSV

ShipPulse expects these columns in the CSV (header row required):

author_name,author_email,author_title,author_company,content,rating
"Jane Doe","[email protected]","CTO","Acme Inc","Amazing product!",5

Senja's export includes similar columns. Rename if needed: name → author_name, email → author_email, text → content.

Step 3: Import into ShipPulse

1. Open your ShipPulse project → Testimonials → Import → CSV.
2. Upload the prepared CSV file.
3. Map columns if prompted, then click Import.
4. All testimonials arrive with pending status — bulk-approve them from the inbox.

Step 4: Replace your widgets

1. Create new widgets in ShipPulse (Wall, Carousel, etc.).
2. Copy the embed snippet and replace the Senja script tag on your website.
3. Remove the Senja script: <script src="https://widget.senja.io/...">

Step 5: Cancel Senja

Once you've verified everything works, cancel your Senja subscription. Your data is now safely in ShipPulse with full control.
